How It Started
More Than a Coffee Stop
Island Lake Coffee is a husband and wife dream come true. We always talked about owning a local coffee shop someday — a place where community comes first, where people feel genuinely welcomed, and where every cup is made with care. When the opportunity came, we took the leap together.
We are a faith-first family. God is at the center of our home, family comes next, and community is woven into everything we do. We homeschool our four kids, and you'll catch them helping out at the window from time to time — because this shop is a family affair in every sense of the word.
Our roots in Kitsap run deep — four generations of our family have called this place home. We are Kitsap strong, and we are proud of it. Supporting our local community isn't just something we talk about — it's why we show up every morning and why we love what we do.
And yes — dogs are always welcome at the window. Pup cups on us.
